1 How many hours should we book?
Simple rule of thumb: up to 100 guests → 2 hours. 100+ guests → 3 hours or more (for 150–200 guests, plan 3.5–4 hours or split into two blocks).
2 When is the best moment to run the photobooth?
Most couples book it during the party or open bar. If you cannot decide, split the time: 1.5h during the aperitif + 1.5h during the party — you get great photos of all generations.
3 Can you customize the photo design with our logo or hashtag?
Yes. We design the print format and on-screen overlay with your name, date, hashtag, or custom logo. We collaborate with you before the event to confirm the design.
4 What is included in your packages?
Includes: on-site technician for the full event, professional photobooth with studio lighting, props collection, unlimited 5x15 cm prints, physical album for the couple, and digital link with all event photos. Some packages add a decorative backdrop, larger album, and 10x15 cm format prints.
5 Do you travel outside Barcelona?
Yes. We operate throughout Catalonia (Barcelona, Girona, Tarragona, Lleida) and travel to Valencia, Zaragoza, Madrid, Mallorca, Alicante and other Spanish destinations. We have also worked at destination weddings in Italy. Travel costs are calculated per event.
6 How early do you arrive for setup?
We arrive at least 90 minutes before service start to set up. Setup is discreet — guests will not notice anything until the photobooth is ready. We coordinate directly with your venue to confirm access.
7 What if it rains or we need an indoor backup?
The photobooth always sets up indoors or under cover — it needs protection from rain and wind. If your venue has a backup plan (tent or indoor hall), we adapt at no extra cost. Talk to your wedding planner about the emergency plan.
